At Priscilla Costa Bridal we adore anything unique and custom made. This week we want to feature a local Philadelphia artist, Pookie Weatherburn, who creates accessories (necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and hairpieces). What makes these custom made accessories so unique is that she weaves thin wire into different shapes and patterns. She primarily uses silver, silver-plated colored copper wire, semi-precious stones, and glass beads.
Her one of a kind pieces have been displayed at a variety of places including the SOFA exhibition in New York, the gallery in Philadelphia, the Main Line Art Center, and the Raven Gallery in Manayunk. We are so happy to announce that we have partnered with Pookie and our featuring her accessories in our boutique.
Pookie’s hairpieces, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings are available for our lovely brides to try on and purchase! Since we are working with Pookie, the color, length, design, size, and beading can be custom made to a bride’s personal taste.
